Such components often feature thin walls, complex geometries, and tight dimensional tolerances, requiring high mold accuracy and stable injection processes.
With injection molding machines ranging from 30T to 180T, we specialize in the production of small to medium-sized precision plastic parts, supporting consistent quality and reliable mass production for high-density electronic applications.

Available Materials

We process a wide range of engineering and high-performance plastic materials, including ABS, PC, PBT, LCP, PA9T, PA6T, NY66, TPU, PVC, and PE, to meet diverse requirements for structural strength, heat resistance, and application needs.

Injection Equipment & Tonnage Range

Our injection molding machines range from 30 to 180 tons, with 25 horizontal and 16 vertical injection molding machines, providing flexible support for high-precision components, insert molding, and stable mass production.

Precision & Process Capability

With advanced process control, we achieve dimensional tolerances down to ±0.01 mm and are capable of stable production using 32-cavity molds and ultra-thin wall thicknesses as low as 0.10 mm for precision injection molding parts.
